8,000 seat Spring Training Facility for the Philadelphia Phillies. Stranix Associates acted as Owner’s Representative, and managed the design, construction, and equipping of the ballpark.

Design and construction of phased office and laboratory buildings in downtown Silver Spring, Maryland. Buildings included office, laboratory and associated support space.

New classroom, residence hall, and parking garage building consisting of a common parking structure supporting separate residence hall and academic buildings.

Renovation and addition to an existing athletic facility for conversion to campus learning center including library, classrooms, student commons, faculty offices, and board room.

Gehry-designed addition and renovation to the Corcoran Gallery of Art and College of Art and Design. Addition included large atrium surrounded by new gallery, college, support space.

Monumental headquarters office building on the Mall in Washington, D.C. 

Renovation basketball arena and convocation center including all team locker room spaces and Athletic Department facilities.

Renovation of Spring Training Complex for the Baltimore Orioles.  LEED Silver Certification.

A 41,000 seat MLB ballpark for The Washington Nationals.

The Verizon Center is a 20,000 seat NBA/NHL arena for Washington Wizards basketball and Washington Capitals hockey.
