Design and construction of phased office and laboratory buildings in downtown Silver Spring, Maryland. Buildings included office, laboratory and associated support space. The work included significant rerouting and undergrounding of adjacent utilities during construction. Phases 2a and 2b are connected via a pedestrian bridge spanning a municipal roadway between the two buildings. LEED Gold Certification
